No stress today for us, as you can tell.
The weather looked promising, even looking like a nice XC day. So we went more inland to profit from a hopefully higher cloudbase than daily at Palomaret. So left early for Peña Rubia, where Jose Luis was checking out the conditions. Weak north, but already buzzards thermalling the valley.
We waited till that northern wind would finally kick in a bit stronger. With a cooking valley it should work.
But it was not on our side, thermals stayed weak. Although all around us clouds were forming rapidly, we couldn't profit of any instability to leave the site.
At the end of the day, we flew as well at Solana. A forgotten site.
Foto's were taken at Solana.
