Flying with eagles and vultures. At Monte Cabrer. Almost no wind at take off, but thermals everywhere. And it was cold especially if you only had gardening gloves on.
Soon I spotted some birds of prey at the right side of take off, was trying to take some photo's of them, but it was too bumpy to let my hands of the brakes. It's always great to follow them, but if you doubt if they core the thermal, well they do ! And when it gets shaky, they go out in the valley for other climb, and we, we are too sloooooooooow...... .
Loved it, and all guests loved it as well. The northern boys were of course all equipped with bataclava, long-johns, pull-overs.
Thermals up to 4.5 m/s, shaky at bits, feeling alive.
Later, driving back home, some soaring near San Antonio. See bottom two photo's.

Jose Luis left XC, landed in Banyeres, getting ready for comp season, bravo !
