Wings out, but that's about it

Some of the people we are hosting, above on foto's.

Early start lets say, well spanish way that is, 10.30 at take off., Just in time when meteo winded kicked in slightly from the east.

Only TTB ...
Half hour later I flew somewhat better, but now with tricky cross wind, south on our eastern hill. Nice, punchy at bits, and only part of the hill usable. But we left it there.
We decided to chill and wait for the forecasted thunderstorms which only reached us late afternoon.
And while it was thundering and lightning over Alicante, I could see one pilot still flying over the cliffs.

Tonight we are off to Warren STAG's night. Warren arrived here for flying 12 years ago, fell in love with the region. Came back loads of times. Sold his assets in England, came down on his sailboat. Followed spanish lessons and fell in love with his teacher. The lovely lady is marrying by old friend Warren tomorrow.

Warren still doesn'tspeak a word of spanish... .
